1. What You're Agreeing To

By clicking "I Accept" or using our services, you enter a binding agreement with InFLOWential Inc. covering access to InFLOW OS — including the platform, educational content, community features, and AI tools. These Terms apply to all InFLOWential™ programs, products, and services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing period. To cancel, email [email protected]. Sign-up and enrollment fees are non-refundable. InFLOWential Inc. reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day on any outstanding balance unpaid after 14 calendar days from the due date.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not re-sell or share your access, solicit or pitch other members, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer our software, post harmful or unlawful content, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, course materials, videos, and service marks are owned by InFLOWential Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Offering without prior written consent.

5. AI Tools Disclosure

InFLOW OS includes AI-powered tools. These are automated systems, not human advisors. AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only — always verify before acting. Your interactions may be used to improve our AI systems.

6. No Investment or Legal Advice

InFLOW OS is an educational platform. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes will vary. Consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund period for course purchases only. To qualify, you must submit proof of completed coursework to [email protected] by day 30 at 11:59 PM EST. Refunds are discretionary. Coaching programs, masterminds, and event tickets are non-refundable. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

InFLOWential Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Privacy

10. Disputes

Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and mediation before filing a civil claim. Exclusive venue is the federal and state courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida.

Are there additional fees?

The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & Email. If you would like additional bots built for you these are charged per bot.

For our monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged, but we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
